ZMS was founded in 2019 by Stevan Manojlovic (Steve), who serves as the company's President. Steve was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, and became a FIVB Licensed Agent in 2019. ZMS provides sports management and agent services to professional volleyball players, coaches, and clubs.
Our guiding principles are transparency and accountability. As an agency, our first job is to understand the client’s vision and needs, not to present our own. We value timeliness, direct communication, and repeatedly remind our clients that “you are the boss!”
In being represented by Steve, clients are afforded the security and familiarity of working with a North American legal professional. Steve provides our clients with guidance and advice as they consider different opportunities, and if questions arise during the season or in free agency.
